ACB Returns Policy

This applies to items purchased from the ACB Online Store.

Our 30 day return policy:

We guarantee that if for any valid reason, the item we have sent you is faulty, you can return it to us in its to us within 30 days of the date you received it. We will then issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note, this returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

How to Return an Item

Please follow the steps below:

• First you MUST contact us by email, fax or phone detailing your name, your purchase and why you will be returning it
• Complete the returns form which we will then email/fax/mail to you, detailing your purchase, please provide a full description of the fault in the space provided
• Wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all accompanying documentation and the completed returns form
• Send the package to the address below:
